Refund policy

At Nexor, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nexorlink.net with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide you with return instructions.

Return Shipping We cover the cost of return shipping on all eligible returns. A prepaid return label will be provided upon approval.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned outside the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund.

Sale Items Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.
