Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
- Australia: Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD. Standard shipping $8 AUD, Express $15 AUD.
- International (select countries): $20 AUD flat rate.
- Rest of World: $10 AUD flat rate (tracking number provided).
Estimated Delivery Times
- Australia: 3–7 business days (Standard), 1–3 business days (Express)
- International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
